Service Description

D. Powell Investment Group LLC and our team of Real Estate Investors are eager to purchase properties throughout several markets. Our free home evaluation is a simple process in which D. Powell Investment will evaluate the proposed property onsite to ensure we are able to write our valued clients a fair offer for their property. After the complete property evaluation process has been executed, we typically are able to submit an offer to our clients within 72 hours and close within 10-15 business days after the offer has been accepted.

Cancellation Policy

For any reason an appointment needs to be canceled, please send notification email to donzell.powell@investmentgroup.com at least 1 hour before scheduled appointment.
